Do you believe the Nat West Three should be extradited to the US when no evidence has been found of their guilt? Surely British citizens should stand trial in their own country if evidence has been found against them.?

If you believe this, have you signed the Open Peition to the Home Office which can be found on the Daily Telegraph website?

Yes ship them over to the US to stand trial, and let them foot the bill. If they are found guilty in the UK it will be classed as a white collar crime and most likely get off with a slapped wrist. Now old ladies who do not pay their council tax that's a different kettle of fish.
They should not be sent to US as no reciprocal agreement is place
the US says jump... and we say how high..

they should not be extradited
- (1) it removes the requirement on the US to provide prima facie evidence when requesting the extradition of people from the UK but maintains the requirement on the UK to satisfy the "probable cause" requirement in the US when seeking the extradition of US nationals;

"Under the new treaty, the allegations of the US government will be enough to secure the extradition of people from the UK. However, if the UK wants to extradite someone from the US, evidence to the standard of a "reasonable" demonstration of guilt will still be required.

No other EU countries would accept this US demand, either politically or constitutionally. Yet the UK government not only acquiesced, but did so taking advantage of arcane legislative powers to see the treaty signed and implemented without any parliamentary debate or scrutiny.

Based on the above I do not agree with them beong extradited. However if we had the same rules as the USA then I say yes they should be sent to USA

It is a disgrace. How much further "up" America is this pathetic Govt going to try to get?
How many IRA terrorists did the UK manage to extradite from the US?

This non-reciprocal arrangement is a disgrace, and this laughable excuse for a government is even more of a disgrace in allowing this one-sided piece of legislation.
No, because the agreement is non-reciprocal.

The US gets attacked by terrorists and as a result gets Blair to agree to this 'arrangement'. What was the US doing for us when the IRA were attacking?

Besides this, it does seem a little odd when no offence was committed in the US (as I understand it) and the accused aren't American.
No I also think it's ridiculous that they are being extradited!
welcome to canada... eh.
