ever comply with the Current UN resolutions ........ and in doing so tell the weapons inspectors what he has done with the unaccounted for Chemical weapons. Instead of the UN having to sniff around the whole of Iraq trying to find them?

Nope. but then I dont think he is as dangerous with WMD's as, say George Bush
No he probably won't. It would be a huge loss of face for him and he would lose power, which is what they're all after in the end. On the other hand, why don't the UK and the US start by setting a good example and identify and destroy theirs? Or should this rule only be applied to Arab states by means of the UN? It's easy to see why they feel victimised.
Another thing is that most of the chemical weapons are in fact "past their sell by date" and are of no use to him.
His compliance with UN resolutions is even poorer than Israel's. The problem is Hans Blix wants four months, Bush wants to get going by the second week in March.
