I know this sounds mean but what do I do? There's this someone who sees me as their best friend but I don't feel the same (more like I just see them as a normal casual friend). I feel like they knew something they shouldn't about me and secretly ridiculing me for it. Nowadays they don't chat as much, should I just let this friendship die out and fade away? But at the same time I promised to give them a gift and I still have it and they still owe me something...
