Needs must.
Wonder what happened in the Pink Floyd* case.
The kids who might have been naked on an album cover sued.
* Think it was PF.
Blooming chancer. You'd have thought that he'd be grateful to be the Nevermind baby. He can dine out on that for his entire life.

moz i think that the dollar he was swimming for has ran out and he is looking for fresh supply lol
If anything, he should be suing his parents!
I think that's it, ken. I thought they sued a few years ago. Would be the precedent for this case.
Can't find anything on Google though the album cover did cause controversy, mainly in the southern part of the States where it was banned for quite a few years. In other parts, the album was sold with a paper wrap-around which had to be broken to gain access to the album. Apparently in later re-issues of the album, the buttocks were airbrushed out.
Just read the BBC news article as I can't get in to the Independent one. The guy sounds like a complete tool - even with added BBC sympathy.

Can't have it both ways surely? Idiot.
Nevermind.
// “Every five years or so, somebody’s gonna call me up and ask me about Nevermind … and I’m probably gonna get some money from it,” he told Rolling Stone in 2003. See ya in a few years, Spence. //

He has recreated the photo every 5 years has he has been growing up.

The lawsuit is avaricious and without merit. But counties in the US have strange laws.
Litigation is such a grubby industry.
I have always kept my underpants on I am glad to reassure readers
Depends if the estate has been distributed
Kurt's is so big and I presume he kept his book
( maintained copyright of the songs)
so there is something to sue

50% of the Jummy Saville claims were 'wrong' - he wasnt in the place he had to have been to do 'it'

People even claimed their relations were in the twin towers when they fell
@Peter. And hundreds of false family claims in the more recent Grenfall remember.
I feel it for randy andy
