As Britain holds a one minute silence for all those who’ve lost their lives through this dreadful pandemic , it was for the NHS but I’m sure those that observed it would be thinking of everyone at such a dark time in our History

To be honest, I’m not sure this is the right time to be doing something like this.
We have along way to go, and many more deaths, before we see the end of this.

I’m sure that’s true but not sure when they’ll be an end time either Vagus, I don’t think anyone does, I suppose by doing this, it’s remembering their colleagues
Vagus, I thought it was a bit premature as well, but saying that its not a bad thing to reflect on the people who have given the ultimate sacrifice to help others. I was thinking of the doctor who wrote 4 emails to the government begging for PPE, and died from covied-19. That is truly disgraceful.

The NHS is being put on a pedestal.

It should not be it needs sorting out or there wont be one soon. Mind you much more lock down and no taxes will be available to pay for it anyway.
