An MP I know told me that MP's keep having to make excuses to get out of the 'Chamber' so that they can laugh about him, without him actually seeing them laughing !!! It's definitely on the increase here, in Bedford. The council have recently opened a new shelter for them. It doesn't seem to be reducing the numbers though. Maybe it will, in time.

I now work for a homeless charity. We do street sweeps every night to offer help, clothes, food and a proper home, but some people choose to live like that and refuse all offers. I can honestly say it has reduced where I live
