Perlease, men cannot get pregnant, end of
another waste of precious NHS resources
Yep..... and the same for wimmin with prostate cancer maybe. Or "Health Chiefs" with mental illness.
Well, trans men can.
So called transmen are not men. The medical profession already knows how to treat pregnant women.
^ get pregnant.
Don’t trans women also deserve help if they get prostate cancer?

My god, what a world we live in.

This is where my liberalism takes a beating. I have no issue with Trans people, and think that they have a genuine medical problem and should have the right to transition as they need, but...

...you don't get to mix and match. If you identify as a man, and want to transition to become a man, you don't get to keep your female reproductive organs so you can carry a child. You are man or woman, not the best of both worlds.
Just think of the recruiting of nurses and operations they could do for £500,000
Just who comes up with this carp?
a trans "man" jo, that's a woman. If the person has a Y chromosome they are a geezer, end of.

I think if you identify as a man and want to become a man go the whole hog and have your female bits removed and new bits made. If you are a woman that identifies as a man, again, have your female bits removed and other bits added.

Because there is no such thing as a pregnant man or a woman with prostate cancer. Both are unique to specific genders.

Gender dysphoria has been given credence by activists and is damaging the minds of the next generation into total confusion.

Having said that. People can be what they want to be. Go for it but don’t expect people to believe your truth when it is not true.
this just so reminds me of a folk song -
https://www.kipperfamily.co.uk/sincetimeimmoral/The_Male_Female_Highwayman.php

in the recorded version (which I can't find anywhere online), the singer says "I still can't make head nor tail of it", which I think sums it up nicely.
Groan ...
