Sometimes when I open my mobile phone there's a list of the first lines of
e-mails. One states that Gary Lineker has been imprisoned.
I haven't clicked on it, and won't.
If Mr Lineker comes across a similar post would he have grounds to instruct Messrs Sue, Grabbit, and Run, to take action for libel?
