Adam Johnson's case provoked much discussion on here but will any top club be interested?

In theory, I think he should as he has done the sentence, and she was 15, not 5. This is similar to other threads though... entertainers, which is what footballers are... felt on popularity too. If clubs think they will earn money with him, they will hire him, if they think he is unpopular enough to lose them money, they won't. He should probably go for a less public job now.

There are so many unknown variables. How fit he is,though it wouldn't take long to get into some fitness regime.I know he was playing for the prison team.

Does he still retain the ability to play at a high level? Would any club take the risk in signing him? Does he even want to?

Many won't give a damn of course and will never forgive him and suggest that he should remain in prison (or worse).

Time will tell but one thing is for sure AJ had a talent which saw him play at the highest level and he knows that he well and truly blew it...
