Oh yes! Publicist Max Clifford who now calls himself a "P.R Consultant" and personal friend of the editor of the Sun; who happened to have dined with her boss Rupert Murdoch and spent part of the evening with a very recently un-employed David Blunkett.

know what you mean cherrybomb but I think even Murdoch would balk at having his editors get themelves arrested just for the publicity. Especially since the Sun takes a firm line on domestic violence. Of course they also take a firm line on love rat soap stars.
And now Steve McFadden finds himself in the same situation as his on screen brother, as one report says ~ you could'nt make it up........or could you!?!?
I find the coverage of these incidents very offensive. All the reports I've seen have been done in a jokey manner, can you imagine the outcry if the situation was reversed and it was the men who had done the assaulting and the papers/news had made light of it.
