creating a dvd quality file in premiere

Hi i have imported form my camcorder some footge and edited. now i need to export it to then copy it to dvd. I have gone to epxort> movie but the file is 20 mins long but only 4.4mb in size. i am sure uin the past when i have dine this it is a few gb's. Have it remember it wrong, or is there another way. I am using premiere 6 by the way. thanks
