I am now a tad confused. Have I got this right !

There were 6 people in the car ?

5 people were killed ?

A pedestrian was inured ?

The 6th person in the car, ie the one that wasn't killed, was arrested ?

But 2 people were arrested, so who is the 2nd person ?

Mikey, 5 dead were all in car. Two arrested were 1 in car + 1 pedestrian Police believe). Only one of those is still under arrest (I think). This was on the 6pm BBC News.

Thanks Mamy....it now looks as if one of the 15 year boys that was arrested was the pedestrian and he has now been released, leaving the 15 year old survivor of the crash the only one left left in custody.
