Would any of you in doing your job, have a family back home no matter what part of Europe you come from put up with this sort of threat? the French are not doing their security job properly, their Dock security is rubbish, their Government are not doing their job right I would think due to costs, this is not a British Problem but France, use the same tactics they used at London Bridge, you get shot at, shot back & make it known that's what' going to happen, the Hauliers should take this Issue to the EU Courts & let the courts deal with France, the hauliers want to start using Sheerness for IN / Out transport, there are many other ports in Europe to use, dover been the shortest / quickest crossing point for Hauliers but they need to start looking else where this would cost France a lot of money, will it happen? Pig will fly, it will happen day after day, week after week.
// it will be EXCEPTIONALLY DIFFICULT to solve the problem, especially if people like the new French president have their way! //

We know...........that's why we voted out. To stop little schitts like him imposing there will on us.
We need a way to charge the delightful french government £100'00 for EACH illegal immigrant they let in! Not euros but sterling!

After a few of the fines something tells me that they'll batten down their hatches pronto!
£100'000 not £100'00
I was accused of 'making up' the story that Mrs May was 'anti brexit' before she was PM

Lol who by?
everyone knew her stance on Brexit.
the migrants are already in a safe country, if they refuse french help, then they are illegal migrants and are in a way admittng it by refusing asylum in france, cherry picking, britian is not part of schengen so the migrants are frances problem for letting them in, packing them on boats bound for the uk would be illegal, bit like dumping nuclear waste at a port without permission. the illegals may want to come here, but we do not have to except them, because of frances involvement in the schengen agreement, its an eu problem not britains.
What I speak against is the ludicrous, illegal or just plain stupid answers I see on AB as to how to deal with the problem of migration.
I have seen answers such as 'sink the boats they try to cross the Med in and leave them in the water. Or pack them up and send the back to where they came from. The recent one 'charge the French £100,000 for each one they let in or even 'A bullet in the back of their heads will solve the problem'
Others do not realise that leaving the EU will not improve matters , if anything it will make it worse. Most migrants do not come from the EU in the first place so leaving the EU will not change anything there.
Once we do leave the EU we will not be able to 'return them to the first safe country they arrived in' ( even if we could find out where that was) as it is an EU ruling and will not apply once we are out!
'A bullet in the back of their heads will solve the problem'

That's a particularly nasty one ... who said that?
//Most migrants do not come from the EU in the first place //

Errr they do by the time they try to gain illegal access to the UK. They reach Britain through...... go on guess................................................... The EU. How the get there is not our problem or our responsibility.

"A bullet in the back of their heads will solve the problem"

^That is horrendous, illegal, immoral and just plain evil, you always get one that just goes too far.

Where was this seen?
Talbot, I definitely saw it , I assume it must have been removed as it advocated murder so was itself illegal.
Others like'' tip them out into the sea and burn the boats they were in''
are very little better!
I've seen it but not for dealing with the problem of migration. (it could be there obviously)

I'm surprised you can't remember who typed
'a bullet in the back of the head!
Aren't " tip them out into the sea and burn the boats they were in'' advocating murder also? Do those posts still stand uncorrected?
I cant recall anything quite like that. I suspect a bit of poetic licence is being used to prove a point.
Maybe we should stick to facts and leave the poetic licensing and truth stretching to Laywers, weather men and journalists
Haha Ram you are a busy one. As far as I can see you are doing nine quizzes or crosswords and making mighty contribution to the AB bun fight club. Keep it up. (&_*)
They will all get here eventually - presumably they are in the EU legally and will get an EU passport in due course, then bingo.
Being young men they just don't want to wait, and the idea of making it just a few miles to their goal with instant comfort and security and a good chance of owning an old Mercedes after a few months is very attractive, so who can blame them?
Togo I'm also on 2 laptops, 34 open windows/sites, making dinner, cleaning the house as well!

I suffer from a condition where i can use both hemispheres of the brain simaltaneously
Lol are we related?
^^ The man with two brains!! Isn't that a horror film title ?
