Haven't seen it on-line but read it in the paper. In fact I haven't seen it on here so if it is please delete this one.

So much for EU bullying tactics. Now the cat is out of the bag their end they will just have to suck it up and play nice.

Yes, even the EU admit it is not enforcable.

There was never really any worry on it, TM set her stall, the EU are doing the same. After talks most sane and reasonable people will find some middle ground they can agree on. The problem is Junker is not sane or reasonable or even sober most of the time and neither are many other eurocrats. But then, that is why we are leaving so we should not be surprised.

We knew it ages ago, and Junker knew it ages ago. It is only now the information has filtered out so that it wasn't just the UK pretending we didn't have to pay it.
