That is exactly the point, by breaking the law and wearing that particular garment she is announcing that she is a potential Muslim terrorist.

I would suggest that if this woman wanted to 'announce that she is a potential terrorist' - and that notion is too laughable to take seriously, but let's run with it - she would be somewhat more proactive about it!
Anyone who wants to noticed, which is the core raison d'etre of terrorism, would be doing something rather more radical than lying down dozing on the sand!

Looking at their website, lots of lovely garments are 100% made in France.
