There is a time and place for everything, why do the gay community find the need to flaunt their sexuality at every opportunity?

/// Yep...in the days of chemical castration, ruined lives, jail terms, social exclusion. ///

I was of course referring to this civilised country of ours, not one of your pals Islamic countries.

By the way you forgot the throwing off from tall buildings.
You truly are shocking, AOG!
Don't go there Ummmm, it's just like feeding trolls.

/// You truly are shocking, AOG! ///

Yes it is so shocking to have a different opinion on some matters, just like all those who dared to vote for Brexit, shocking absolutely shocking!!!!!!!!!!!

Q : When can you tell that AOG is losing an argument?

A : ^^^^^^^^
For the avoidance of doubt......that refers to the desperate dragging in of random non-connected things to create some sort of 'fog of confusion' and thereby spoil the thread.

Fortunately, the law of the land says otherwise.....:o)
You really are a class act AOG.

Perhaps you should read other's posts, not just mine, they are past masters at the game.

Gay pride parade, cub scout's woggles and even Coca-Cola have been brought into this thread so as to create some sort of 'fog of confusion' into this debate alone.
The law of the land is sometimes an ass!
Both of them are going to face unofficial "disciplinary action" from other members of the force, and they will find that the ladder of promotion is very wobbly: Their choice.
I should add that they have made their bed and now they have to sleep in it.
This is hardly new, a hetro couple I know, he is in the PSNI, used his position to get a swat team to help him propose to his girlfriend in Time Square NY.
