Mr Cameron, one single heart wrenching photo made you change your mind regarding refugees, now can the killings in France and the destruction of the airliner, crew and passengers, now make you think again?

The British public have.

I don't think 20,000 genuine Jewish (if any such remain in Syria) or Christian refugees would be a threat to us. Genuine refugees who are Muslim might be for all the obvious reasons. Unfortunately the fools who govern us will let the modern pieties triumph over such sensible discrimination.

This was an interesting comment:

"...but no doubt the papers and other media will keep showing pics of women and children "refugees" instead of the nearly 80% fighting age males....".

I've seen various figures about the age and sex of the "refugees", the lowest of which is 50% in the demographic Baz mentions. So Germany this year alone will have imported a group of "fighting age males" at least five times larger than its army.

Not to worry. We have it on very good authority - Gromit's to be precise - that none of them wish us ill. We need only concern ourselves with the home grown variety.
Thanks, Naomi - that's comforting to know.
That's what I thought.
The nationality is worth mentioning.

It makes the difference between indoctrination and just being brought up in a foreign culture, Naomi. Are we alienating these people (and I believe we are, but it may be similar to us in their country) or do they have not that much contact with us anyway.
You kind of need to know your enemy.
