Can't beat Beaches with Bette Midler.
Yes Beaches is a good one, though my friend didn't like it. Another one is My Sister's Keeper.
Imitation of Life by Lana turner- have a good box of tissues.

Have you tried peeling an onion while reading the Guardian?
War Horse. Toy Story (all 3)..
Never heard of Imatation of Life but will look out for it, thank you.

Yep, agree with War Horse.
Truly,Madly,Deeply with Alan Rickman and Juliette Stevenson...young lovers seperated by death...she is desperately unconsolable-until he decides to come back. A true blubfest with some hilarious moments,it's one of my all time favs.
The Fox and the Hound
Born Free
The Belstone Fox
Lorenzo's Oil
Mask
The Diving Bell and the Butterfly
depends on the subject matter. I can't watch anything sad about animals, after a horrible "lassie" incident shortly after my first dog died! As others have said,Imitation of life is an absolute classic.
Somewhere in time- Christopher Reeve

The Notebook
Up
^now you're talking.
The Hunchback Of Notre Dame with Charles Laughton.

The Deer Hunter.

The Railway Children.
Bridges of Madison County , I cried buckets :(
The Notebook x
Shenandoah with James Stewart. I defy anyone not to cry at the ending, and Stewarts speech at his wife's graveside is one of the greatest anti war sentiments ever.

The incredible journey (the original one). Great film

Dead poets society - particularly poignant since Robin Williams untimely death

Truly, madly, deeply - Alan rickman is fantastic in it

Toy Story 3. I boo hooed like a baby
