I don't look or behave like a terrorist (at least I hope I don't), but I have to put up with endless buggeration - when booking, when at the airport and when flying. All in response to (let's not forget) muslim extremist/terrorist actions. I hate it - but I want to fly - so I grit my teeth, smile sweetly and get on with it. I think the crucial thing here is "Their Plane,...

When I used to go to,ahem, pop concerts, many years ago, they used to remove the ring-pulls on beer cans. Bit of a nuisance as I liked to get half a dozen cans to save queuing up again. Do they still do that? Did they used to do it where you live or was it a 'valley' thing?
I'm afraid Muslims have bought all this on themselves.

It's a bit pot and kettle coming from people of a religion that openly hates (and in some cases wants to kill) others who are not the same as them !
And no, I dont recall ring pulls being pulled.
It was discrimination..........
The man in the opposite seat received an unopened can so why not our complainant?

I would be extremely annoyed and would want an apology from the airline.

A load of people reckon everyone has their ring-pulls removed on that airline. Perhaps the stewardess was in a flap when she served the bloke with an unopened can, or just forgot, or was trying to take the p1zz. Or maybe, it didn't happen.

She supports radical Islamism. So beheadings, burnings and child rape don't seem to bother her but not having an unopened can made her cry?
Well, when you belong to the worlds largest death cult and terror organisation, you should expect this kind of treatment!
If I had asked for an unopened can and given an opened can, then I would have refused the drink, pointing out their error.

Bit of a storm in a teacup. You are buying and can simply refuse to buy.

Can she still be prosecuted for using a Mobile in-flight?
I mean I would like to see the Airline stick to all the rules wherever possible!
I wonder what she would of said if the can had been given to her unopened and when she opened it whooooooosh. Hee Hee. Now that is food for thought should the stewardess and this prima donna meet up again. :-)

I presume from that post that you assume that all Muslims support death cults and terror.

\\\\She supports radical Islamism. \\\\

How do you know that?
Ms Ahmed needs to get out more. Or better still find herself something useful to do.

Non alcoholic drinks are free on that airline so you can hardly demand what you paid for. But even if she had paid, doesn't she have to abide by the airline's safety rules? (like everyone else)

She frequents Islamist conferences, sqad. Has fan pictures with hate preachers. You know, that type of thing.
Sqad, //I presume from that post that you assume that all Muslims support death cults and terror.//

They support their religion, and their holy book, "The Quran" teaches their followers to kill anybody that doesn't follow Islam. So yes, nothing short of a terror and death supporting organisation. The scum of the earth would know better than to follow this religion!
RATTER...I don't want to get into a religious argument (discussion) about what was written in a book some.....1,500 years ago and how it applies today, but if i was refused an unopened tin of coke AND the man in the next seat WAS given an unopened tin of coke ..I would want an explanation.....FOR SURE.
On a similar note, if i was in a restaurant and someone who had entered after me, but had their order taken first..........I would want an explanation.
After seeing what is going off throughout the world, in the name of Islam, surely it would shock and disgust one enough to have nothing more to do with that particular religion?
> Ahmad had been traveling to speak at a conference that was promoting dialogue between Israeli and Palestinian youth in Washington DC.

Clearly a terrorist.

> “There is no policy difference in serving alcoholic or non-alcoholic canned beverages to passengers,” says Bob Birge, director of corporate communications at Republic Airways Holdings, which owns Shuttle America, “no differentiation in opened or unopened cans, and no policy speculating what may or may not be done with a container.”

Hmmm, that seems pretty clear too ...
AOG....if she was treated differently on that airline because she was a Muslim IS discrimination and in my mind is unacceptable irrespective of world wide acts of violence and terrorism.

It may seem reasonable to some, but unacceptable to me.
