I didn't think there was any need for a guide, I do my P.F.E by just squeezing, like your stopping yourself from wee-ing..& just do it when I remember or think about it...(I'd imagine that ever woman that read this, done P.F.E whilst reading)
Also while I'm on the loo I do stop and start weeing - that helps
spudqueen, please don't do them while you are on the loo as its not good for your bladder
there are loads of websites with info, just google "pelvic floor exercises" or "kegel exercises"
Yeah its easy - just tense the same muscles you would use to stop yourself wee'ing midflow (but not recommended as woofgang correctly pointed out, its not good for your bladder). Hold for a count of 10 and relax. Keep doing that a few times each day.
