One would have to say he does have a point and 3 months seems more than adequate, especially as anything longer must feel like a spiteful version of the sword of Damocles.

don't think so, agchristie, don't want offenders thinking "Another 30 days and I'm in the clear." As far as I'm concerned if Gary Glitter always worries that something else will emerge from his past, that's fine.
