A decent joiner should be able to sort it out.
Scrivens, I imagine he means the down pipes, external wast pipes etc.

A general builder will do all these things.
Yes, I'd say a carpenter/general builder, or a good handyman. The "one-man-band" guys are ideal. There are a lot of good ones around these days. Do ask about for recommendations though.

There are also people around who specialise in uPVC fascias etc, if you want to go that way.

Carpenters deal with roof drainage (guttering & downpipes) all the time.
The Builder - Do you know of any good builders in the West Midlans area - Birmingham , Wolverhampton , Walsall - those areas or nearbyby ?

Not my area at all, Baz, I'm afraid. I'm near Exeter.

Tonyav might know. He's around that area. Also MightyWBA, but he doesn't come on here so much now.

I meant the pipes from the bathroom (sink,bath,loo)
Well it's good news a very good friend of son no2 is a joiner
Son no2 is but he's a bench joiner - good if I need a sign making but no good for anything around the house
