Cancel his place at Medical School and give it to a non Muslim (lessons the chance of a future terrorist attack).

Do not allow him back into the country and remove his British citizenship.

Agree with sqad 100%, don't ever see it happening though, I mean, What about his Human Rights?
With a bit of luck someone will make him into a martyr and that will be the end of the problem.
He will have to come back to pick up his Job Seekers Allowance.
Unbelievable that a very talented brainy young man can be talked into killing, and only killing. Dont even know whos fighting who any more.
if he is not killed , we live in hopes, but is injured, he will no doubt get all the benefits the state can lavish on him and his brother on their return.
Maybe he'll be visited in the night by an angel, a messenger from above, imparting the truth that his is the wrong path and that he should return to the true ways of the religion of peace.

Has he committed any crime as far as is known? He might be back in time for the start of medical school in September.

Well there is around 500 of them, some of them will no doubt be back.
If we jail them, (can we jail them?) won't that radicalise them even more, enough to seek revenge on their jailers? (Which also raises the question. When is the right time to free them?)
What about the sympathisers and people of the same mindset, will they seek retribution on behalf of their incarcerated brothers?

There are a fair number here in AB who believe the call of the Muezzin will soon be echoing across London from the top of Westminster Abbey. I don't.

I don't think he has any intention of coming back, legally, that is. Why would he reveal his identity if he wanted to come back and carry on his "evil" over here?
Well his own father has disowned him, so we should do the same. But what should happen and what will happen are two completely different things!
