Despite the case in Cornwall going against the Bulls, another couple want to break anti-discrimination laws. Why are people like this so terribly interested in what people do it bed ?

When you are talking about somebody's home (complete with three kids) doubling up as a B+B, it seems to me that they should be able to accept or refuse anybody they want. for whatever reason they want. This is just another example of the gay lobby trying to force absolutely everybody to see things their way.

/// I am looking forward to what comes next. ///

It is not wise to do that until you know just what it is, that comes next.
I think attitudes are moving in a positive direction, aog. I'm optimistic...
Yes I'm rather with aog, sp. Just what is it that you are expecting to come next that you are so looking forward to? Homosexuality becoming compulsory, perhaps? Or heterosexuality outlawed? I'm not quite sure just what can come next in relation to this issue.
Acceptance.

Good thinking divebuddy. Especially on the public toilets issue.
Might be nice if they were allowed to book into a b&b instead, divebuddy?

Or when b&bs won't let you in...

This hotel has ...

http://www.seaspraybrighton.co.uk/

Smoking rooms ...

Massage services ...

A roof top hot tub ...

It's owned and run by lesbians, and it has "themed" rooms ... if you know what I mean.

Of course they welcome everybody, but devout Christians might prefer not to stay there. Although they might enjoy getting into the lesbian scene, which is quite jolly.

So if a place is owned and run by "devout" (equals slightly mad) Christians, who hate gays ...

Why would a gay couple want the law to force the owners to let them stay there?

In the end, will the gay community turn up with their money, and pay to stay with these people who hate them?

Divebuddy - it's not just gays that partake in casual outdoor sex...
ummm

I like your thinking ....

/you must conform to our wishes or go out of business./

divebuy

Please explain how exactly the b&b owners having to conform with the wishes of gays?

They're not.

They can still disagree with homosexuality and think it's wrong if they want to.

But they are required to provide a room - it's simple, that's what a b&b is supposed to do

If only we uppity gays knew our places, eh?

Gay couples being unlawfully excluded from Christian run B&Bs has absolutely *nothing* to do with casual outdoor sexual shenanigins.....any more than 'dogging' is representative of how the majority of heterosexuals conduct themselves.
Well, it's not just "conform to our wishes" ...

It's also "conform with the law"

But some of us just can't get too worked up about silly people, or waste our time getting into disputes with them.

And yes ... it is a fun place!
/Yes, I know about dogging/

No one mentioned 'dogging' divebuddy

ummm referred to sex in the outdoors

/I've stumbled across gays at it a few times but never a straight couple/

You haven't lived divebuddy LOL
