Well, not 'culminating' - that would suggest it was the last anti-gay story it ran.
how has this thread drifted into the realms of gay hatred and identification of pseudo-science relating to orientation genes?

this is about a government agency spending our money on matters which are nowhere near its constitution or remit, right? and the fact that it's a small amount doesn't make it right either.
