and i'm getting so nervous, a little scared because I had to go in the other day due to water leakage!!! (don't worry all was fine) and I waited 3 and a half hours to be seen, only when I said I was leaving they decided to assess me via the Doctor. This gave me a taster of what the care is actually like there, and now I feel more anxious than ever. The care is rubbish, and the midwifes were sat drinking coffee...yes they are allowed a break, but I would think they would take turns.

I have no birth plan, due to do this on 17th jan with my midwife. I am feeling absolutely rubbish. The hubby that is so horrible to me has cleaned all the bedroom, had it repainted and newly carpeted>why is he being so nice?? he's even carpeted stairs again. my kids are so excited, they want a day off school when baby comes lol.

Hopefully, he has realised how lucky he is to have you Phleb.
Thoughts will be with you.
Good luck with it all, phleb.
Phleb, no point being anxious - the baby is coming out one way or another. You have already had two, you know what to expect and that it will be a lot easier if you relax. As for hubby, don't question it at the moment, just enjoy it for what it is.
So sorry that you are not getting the care you deserve from the "proffesionals".
You must complain if you are not satisfied .
Glad your husband is doing his bit and I can imagine how excited your other children are.
The last few weeks are always the most nerve wracking as you will know but I am sure that everything will turn out well for you.
Keep your chin up.
