Doomsday. Are you prepared?

This is an interesting article, and the documentary will make for good viewing.

What are your thoughts on this? Do you think they have the right idea... or are they just plain crazy?

Having said that, the first line of the article is pretty dumb:

"The Mayan calendar predicts that the end of the world is less than a month away".

It does no such thing.

jno, it's not all about the world coming to an end. You wouldn't need stockpiles of food if that happened! :-)
People have various theories, one of them (which I think is much more likely to happen and *will* happen) is the introduction of the new world order.

I have seen such programmes before and am constantly uplifted by the power of human stupidity. Won't they be cross when they realise on their deathbeds they have the world's largest collections of nunchaku and spam tins and never needed them.
