Is it acceptable to be racing along (I'm guessing he was not poodling along like I do) the highway with your entourage? The highway is not a race track and if you race in a car or bike you would be prosecuted, so why is this allowed?

Clearly his wife seems to think it is very acceptable.

isn't he an endurance cyclist anyway? They generally only go fast on the last bit, don't they?

Trigger, you put a post up accusing me of something and showing you did not read it. Don't try and twist it.

You were wrong, have the balls to admit it.
Anyone can see it was the vans fault, wasn't it driven by a Woman driver?

Only joking, only joking, phew!

Don't you just love the Sun's headline though?

/// Olympic hero hurt after shaving off lucky sideburns ///
Are we talking about Bradley and his entourage......or the cyclists (without entourage, I suspect) who have regularly attempted to mow you down?
One cyclist, mates in a van,
what race?
What is classed as racing? Is it the speed, if so would 10 mph be acceptable, 20 mph, or 30mph? Cars are not classed as racing when they can travel at 60mph legally on some roads.

I wouldn't know as I am not a member of the Olympic cycling squad but as there is no mention of him speeding, it is foolish to assume he was.

///I'm guessing he was not poodling along///
seems to aim the OP straight at Bradley rather than cyclists in general!
/// Can you read or are your eyes painted on? ///

First time I have heard this one youngmafbog, how very funny.
why put up a link about bradley being knocked of his bike, if you are talkign about cyclists in general?
for those of you who know Edinburgh,,Portobello promenade states quite clearly no cyclists I was very badly hurt a few years ago by a bike running me down,,,agree cyclists think they are above the law !!
Ahhhh.........it seems that having dispensed with the notion that Bradley was somehow at fault, the focus has now concentrated on the short-comings of *all* cyclists...
MM, surely "some " cyclists!
Some drivers think they are above the law.
sipo..give you that friend..but when you are lying in hossie with broken limbs does not help !
In this case, it was the cyclist lying in 'hossie' with cracked ribs..........

It was a close shave!
