Abu Qatada launched an appeal to the Special Immigration Appeals Commission last week, challenging Home Secretary Theresa May’s decision to order his deportation to Jordan. A ruling is expected next month in what is likely to be the last chapter in his seven-year battle to stay in the UK.

The appeal has been heard and is over, so why do we have to wait till next month for the outcome?

Unbelievable red-tape.

I have a lot of faith in Theresa May after whats she has already achieved. If anyone can get shot of Qatada she's the one. Just a few more weeks and he'll be on a plane.

Maybe she should be the next PM when Cameron fails.
when Cameron fails?
