try lordofthehouse in the 14.10 at haydock...
Let's hope for a genuinely run mile and a half. The Oaks today was won by a filly that should get a mile and a half, true enough, but the race was so slowly run at the start that there was a distinct feeling that there were other strong contenders at the trip who were disadvantaged.
That means I'll need to get out of my kip by 2pm - I hope it's worth it! - thanks lad.
During a busy nightshift, I managed to have a good look at today's runners and decided to have a little each way bet on Main Sequence.

Good luck all!

hope you got out of bed wharton...a nice 5/1 winner there for you...lol
Ah well, so much for the hopes ! Not convinced that Camelot is particularly good. He did what was necessary but the rest of the field was pretty ordinary. He cost 525, 000 gns as a yearling, so he's repaid with a bit left over for training fees, though !
'Not convinced that Camelot is particularly good'????

Hardly impressive is it?......I guess we'll see him lining up in the Triumph hurdle next March eh Fred?
All that shows is he's the best in his year, Joe. Anyway, they'd geld him for the Triumph hurdle and that would muck up his stud value!
