I'm not so sure about that, cath, if they think the funds are obtained fraudulently they won't let you draw them out.
ah, i presumed he meant that activities on the account were fraudulent and he had reported them ...

Ah, I see what you mean - we need deo to clarify, but I read it that the money IN the account is potentially fraudulently obtained.

no it is my salary going in the account but i deposited a check and it had a wrong signiture
Judging by your spelling cheque as check i'm assuming you are in the USA, if that is the case you may need to repost your question on a US based site, this one is mainly UK posters and your laws are very different to ours.
My account was frozen recently for 24 hours because I made a purchase on ebay at 4am which was considered 'unusual'. It was only when I returned home that I had to sort the mess out. For the record the item purchased was less than £10!
