OK, it's the Mail again, but I'm glad my bank doesn't use foreign call centres.
No names, no adverts, but my branch is on Balloon Street in Manchester...

I agree. I use smile which is part of your bank and which uses only UK call centres. Even though I never ring my bank I'd be worried about the security of my data held overseas. Having said that, it's common for banks to have some IT development work handled overseas and maybe some customer data processing is done over there too.
Britons would never do that.
