Due to the level of violence aimed at Christians by the Islamic militant group Boko Haram, should all Nigerians now be prevented from entering Britain?

On what grounds?
Booooooooring.
Not all Nigerians, no - you can't label everyone as a terrorist just because of the appalling behaviour of some extremists.
Perhaps we should be thinking of making provision for all the Christian refugees who might be fleeing the country.
It looks as though Al Quaeda have opened their latest front there.
We should let the Christian Nigerians in...........then all the scamming letters could be from Milton Keynes.
lol Craft :-)
Craft! ha ha ha!
Don't be stoopid! What a nonsensical thread!
Why is it stupid?
Should the Christian countries around the world be offering refuge to the persecuted Christians in Nigeria?
If not, why not?

Absolutely - I believe that it makes us better people to give refuse to those who are being persecuted.

However - are we really a Christian country?

Hands up who went to church today - and don't give me that "You don't have to worship in the Lord's house to be a Christian" because that a load of horse dung spouted by those who want to spend Sunday afternoons in Ikea...buying 'Billy' bookcases...
Ahem 'refuge' not 'refuse'.
Now that is an interesting question. I do go to Church most weeks but I find it is the racists who love to claim this is a Christian country.

I am not implying that all church goers are not racist, nor that all non-practicing Christians are, before anyone jumps on me.
In the 2001 census 71.6% of the people defined themselves as Christians....
I know the gospel type churches are always packed, the Seventh Day Adventists, Elim Pentecostals etc which have often been founded by black immigrants to the UK.

Obviously not, but in times of threat one should 'err on the side of caution'.
Did you feel that way about the Irish when Birmingham, London, Manchester and others were bombed, costing lives, AOG? Did you want all the Irish out and ban them from our shores?

Why should we even let the Christian Nigerians in, the rules are that persons fleeing persecution should settle in the first safe country.

And there are many of them before they get to Britain, maybe they don't all dish out benefits, but then we can no longer afford to dish an ever increasing amount, we are broke.
As I said, did you feel the same way about the Irish during the troubles?
