No idea - if you expect a wide contribution though, you might just consider explaining what SOPA is, rather than just assuming everyone knows ;)

Why should you care?
Well, just as one example: If you put a link on here to a Youtube video, and if anyone (pretty much) claims to be the copyright owner, without having to provide any particular evidence, then (believe it or not), under SOPA, as it's presently constituted, the entire AB site (not just the offending post) could be taken down without notice.
