Did anyone else see Harry's Arctic Heroes tonight on BBC1 - I thought it was the most moving programme - all very badly injured Afghanistan soldiers - they walked all those miles in terrible weather conditions - they are so courageous and inspiring. Prince Harry joined them for a few days too. Never again will I moan about a bit of arthritis in my knees! Well done lads, we as a nation salute you! If you missed the actual programme, please watch it on Catch Up - its so worth watching (part 1 was last week)

Sorry re-posted this as it somehow got in the DIY section !!!
