Before I get the usual assault on me, I think this is very distasteful and these T Shirts should be banned for kids as young as 7/8 etc, wearing them, I was shocked to hear this on Sky News before, are these Mothers being totally irresponsible ?

Yes they are, I think it is dreadful, it would break my heart to think my daughter was wearing something like that at that age!

This Justin Beiber person seems to cause a certain degree of hysteria among his fans.

JJ I think he's a lovely looking lad with a good voice but this kind of merchandise is awful

EDDIE, I agree totally
I dont think Justin Bieber would neccessarily agree with this sort of merchandise, he's a practising Christian.
If the kids parents stopped buying sh!te like this then there would be no problem.
I agree with you.....totally irresponsible of the parents and the manufacturers shouldn't be allowed to make them in the first place.
There was a discussion on the Radio about this this morning, some of the slogans being put on some Kiddies clothes were far too suggestive. Completely wrong in my opinion and could be dangerous.
It may be bad taste but I think when it is an obvious case of a slogan for amusement of adults, then too much fuss is made. One should be more concerned about what the child is being exposed to, not what joke they are unwittingly sporting on their clothing.
Bobbi - As a grandad to 3 girls (5,3 &1) I find this disgusting and they should be withdrawn from sale immediately.

I was under the impression that the person concerned , in this case JB,was involved in the marketing of the merchandise bearing his name ?

Increasingly, we find that 'amusement' for adults involves inappropriate clothing for children - and indeed adults.

A couple of years ago I wrote to my local BHS to protest at their Christmas line in slippers for grandfathers - with the words 'OLD' and 'FART' emblazoned on each one.

I have four grandshilcren, and if any of my daughters bought these as a gift from them to me, I would be very hurt, and not in the least 'amused'.

I suggested to BHS that they try a line in womens' slippers with 'IDLE' on one, and '***' on the other - after all, we are only being 'amused' so where is the problem?

The slippers have not beeon on sale since - so maybe a strong letter to a store if you see them on sale may have the same effect.

Just because something 'amuses' a certain section of the poplation does not make it right for such 'humour' to be indluged by society as a whole. People used to be 'amused' by cock fighting and bear baiting, but we have moved on from there.
