Yes. But you can find out for yourself with a search engine and the words, super injunction and footballer.
He has been named in the House of Commons as ....Digs.
Google can.

It would be unwise to post a name on a uk based website as it would be against the injunction.
Eh?
Don't try and get round that word filter, sqad!
I think this has been discussed on an older thread

the AB Ed would find himself in contempt of court, and would be unliekly to look kindly on the member who put him there.
The Times and The Guardian don't seem bothered by the legal faff any more.
The courts can't gag parliament. Digs was named there today as the footballer who had the injunction.

It is not against any law to quote a statement from an MP in the House of Commons which has already been seen on live TV by millions.

Parliament is free from the usual legal restraints on speech, on the grounds that MPs need to be free to speak their minds. Newspapers in turn are free to report what MPs say. But they couldn't name any names until the MP did.
Then what is the point in a Super Injunction at all? Mental.
But we've all known who it was for ages.

And now he's attracted more attention than if he'd just owned up straight away.
@Be sure your sins will find you out.'
Sky have named him now. However the injunction is still inplace.
