Yes he should but not from any moral perspective- i have no interest in who has relationships with whom. he's a cheating bastard, but she said she knew he was married, she's throwing out the sob story as if she's an innocent party and she's not!
I'd rather see a marriage saved and a family kept together that let some kiss and tell tart earn herself a few extra bob. The innocent parties in this are the player's family and they're the only ones that deserve any protection.

I have mixed feelings on this, if I'm honest.

As I have no idea whom the player concerned is, I'd say that unless his 'family man' image is something he has chosen to tout about to increase his standing/profile, the only people who should be be concerned about his antics are him and his wife/family.

If his 'image' is what matters, especially to his sponsors, and the public who have chosen to endorse him because of his public family-man role-model image, then perhaps he should be named.

Any of these 'aspiring starlets' ought to have more self-respect and dignity than to flog their tawdry antics to Fleet street ........and the great British public ought to have more class than to want to read them.........however, to use the law as a blunt instrument to gag these 'starlets' using a wealth that we can only dream of sets up a dangerous precedent.

So it is fine to name the woman involved but not the bloke who has cheated on his wife and family. Just because they are paid such silly amounts of money these so called role models think they can do what they want and then cover it all up by splashing the cash.

Name, Shame and bankrupt the cheat may make others think twice!!
