Since we cannot refuse the perpetrators entry into Britain, what measures can we take to reduce their abysmal number of crimes?

"Arrests of foreigners by the Metropolitan Police increased from 24,264 in 2008 to 58,870 in 2010 – up 143 per cent."

That's not up by 143 per cent, it's up by 43 percent . The percentage increase they are quoting is nearly 3 times the actual increase.

Also as they don't tell us how the population itself varied even the accurate figure is meaningless.

Finally, all the figures quoted are for the numbers arrested, not the numbers charged and convicted. Many of them were probably arrested for walking around being foreign.
rojash,
what sort of strange arithmetic are you working with ?
An increase from 24264 to 58870 IS a 143% increase.
A 43% increase would take it up to 34698.

Now we have let so many poor countries in the EU it is easy for criminals from those countries to come here and committ their crimes.

After all, why stay in Romania or Lithuania where few people have any money, when you can come here (and I assume Germany etc) where lots of people have got money.

Loads of organized gangs from those countries are coming here with the sole purpose of commiting major crimes.

Below, this gangs of 5 lithuanians alone stole 70 high value cars worth 750,000 pounds before they were caught.

It is our own fault for staying in the EU and allowing free movement of criminals.
Maybe they can't live on the handouts we give to them?
Arrest rates are pretty meaningless. If this was translated to the number of foreigners actually charged then we would have cause to worry. As no such claim is being made that foreigners are being actually charged with more crimes, then the whole premise of the story is spurious.
