Thursday, The sky is clear this morning, all bar a line of cloud on the horizon. We could do with some sunshine! A bit of a breeze just springing up. I might have a day out somewhere, like out the back, with a book and a bottle of wine! :o}

Morning Boaty, bright clear skies here. I'm at community garden this morning need to finish cleaning out guttering, its totally clogged with leaves.
Went to Jens mums yesterday to do some DIY for her, its only 5 mins from us, but she is brilliant at "just" jobs so that's my Saturday sorted.

Morning Tony. I remember that one. Vera and I spent a lot of time driving Vera's mum back and forth to hospital appointments, and ferrying family to and from hospital. It's what one does for family though isn't it!

Just emptied bin I am not a great gardener I just plant them lol. Don't know whether its a passion flower or clematis that's sprung into flower today beautiful scent from flowers.

I've no problem doing jobs for Jens mum, she used to have gardener & DIY man but he has retired, so need to get another one for her.

Vera was the gardener. I haven't got a clue! She kept them immaculate. I just did what she asked me to do.

Will take my Ipad to community garden this morning and take some pictures.

While I was Jens mum yesterday found a self set horse chestnut (conker tree) seedling so will find a space at community garden for it or give it away.
