I SkyPlus'd the first two episodes of this new 'comedy' and have just watched them - I thought it was terrible, I won't be bothering with the rest of the series.

Mr Q and I were looking forward to this new series (coming after the excellent Detectorists) with actresses we were familiar with and were funny but we didn't manage the first episode. Turned off half way through, it just wasn't as funny or as good as we hoped it would be. I think the BBC just showed all the funny bits in the trailer for the series. Pity.

I was looking forward to this but like Quizzy I didn't even make it to the end of episode 1.

Yes it is very disappointing - Vicki Pepperdine and Joanna Scanlon were very good in 'Getting On' - they've definitely lost their way with this Turkey!
