1st song of the day syndrome

Why is it the first song you hear on the radio gets stuck in your head all day? Even if you hate the song..

Yesterday it was Shania Twain - That Dont Impress me Much. Today its that 'I'm Yours' song by Jason Mraz - hate both of them

Must stop waking up to local radio!

I like Jason Mraz - wouldn't mind if I was stuck with that all day - mine this morning was the Nolans' I'm in the mood for dancing. Darn that Sarah Kennedy. Switched it over to Moylesy, but he just talks non-stop for 30 minutes, so am now stuck with The Nolans.

its never the first song with me its just random, got foo's times like these at the moment but last night i was wondering round the bar singing lord of the dance....

Know what you mean, Booldawg...........mine was Pixie Lott's "Cry Me Out".....on when i was shaving......still in my head, for crying out loud.......and i'm working on different tunes in my studio too.
