where can i find detailed instructions for making a realistic fat suit?

I need to make a realistic fat suit - i know how to do it basically, but wanted a few extra tips and hints ect to help me make a really good one - like the one in Mrs doubtfire

so anyone know of anything online? a small film or step by step etc

thanks infundibulum, but I want to make a FAT suit, like the one robin williams wears in mrs doubtfire, not make a suit, cheers for trying tho
