Wembley seating!

Hi, just looking at the wembley stadium seating arrangement for the Green day gig, and unsure as to what the level one unreserved seating and standing (general admission) actually means....

Does it mean that you must get there early to try and secure a seat?
Any insight will be greatly appreciated!

(Also my younger sister is only 14, meaning would she be able to stand anyway as the 02 regulations this year were that you must be over 16 to stand) But preferably we want to be seated!

It actually means you'll be paying a lot of money to watch a band on a giant video screen. Where as, if you wait a few weeks you can watch it on your own video screen i.e a telly, in the comfort of your own lounge for about a tenner!
