Song from Rescue Me - "Leaving"

I am looking for the name and/or artist for the song that is played at the end of the episode "Leaving" that was aired on Oct 6.  This is played when it shows Tommy's Dad on the plane, Franco's girlfriend leaving, Tommy's ex-wife putting away the money.  Some of the lyrics are:

I rush into your belly
