MTV plays these commercials where they mix songs together....there is this ad where Missy Elliot's - Work It is mixed with Survivor - Eye of the tiger...it sounds so good..has it been released as a song?

There are thousands of these 'mashup' remixes, which lay the acapella of one song over the instrumental of another. They are (mostly) not released as they don't tend to be legally produced.
Two great examples (if you can find them) are Survivor Vs Adena Howard - Eye Of The Freak and 10CC Vs Destiny's Child - Dreadlock Angels (mixed by the marvellous Soulwax, mashup artists of the first order!)
