Well, it's credited to Notorious BIG. From what I recall of the video, Puff Daddy sang 90% of it.

Well Yes it is "Notorious BIG" and it is from the album "Life After Death" and "Puff Daddy" did rap on it but it was more like 33%. "MASE" starts the song, then "Puff daddy" raps and finally ending with "Notorious BIG" they all have pretty much the same ammount of lyrics. GREAT Song though never gets old.
