Song title/artist please

The other day I heard a song being played in a shop. The intro sounded a little bit like 'Sun goes down' by David Jordan but fast and disco-ey. Then the guy starts rapping and then he goes into a kind of operatic falsetto which really sounds like Goodies by Ciara (not the main verse or chorous but that little bit in the song where she sings some really high notes). I know it sounds odd but it was really good and I would love to find out what this is. Thanks.
