It sounds like it's by an artist called Johnny Nash, and it could be a b-side to a track "I Can See Clearly Now" but it was in the charts in 1972.
The track is called either Cream Puff or My Cream Puff. The lyrics are "Be careful how you hold her, Please don't ever scold her, She's my Cream Puff"
