I was really enjoying the first series, except the protracted adverts drove me mad - first advert while the credits were still showing.

So I recorded some episodes and zoomed through the adverts, but there seemed to be that many of them it was a faff and I gave up in disgust

Yeah- the adverts were annoying. Think I'll bin it, along with Grey's Anatomy and Nip/Tuck.
We could do with a real class series like Six Feet Under.

I love Shameless even though it took me till series 3 to realise that! Also used to love six feet under and House, what a series!

As for desperate housewives, well, personally, i think it went off the boil after the first series which had me gripped throughout. Can take it or leave it now .

Never laughed so much.

I tried to get into Desperate Housewives but I just didn't find it amusing or interesting at all, so I gave up.

Shameless? Brill!!!! Anyone know if Shameless will be returning?

i miss all the old characters, even Lip wasnt in this last series and i liked Lip, very tasty! lol
Shame Veronica and her hubby arent in it now cause they were fabulous as well.
The one im not keen on is the girlfriend of their mum living in the camper van.
